The data location server is in fact a server of basic information about location of specific services and WWW websites. The assumption has been made that the basic unit of data distribution at district/county level will be register unit. In most cases, the register unit coincides with the municipality.
In case of urban-rural municipalities, very often the register units are the urban and rural parts. Of course, several register units may be served by the same cadastral server. For quick location of precincts, the division of register unit into precincts has been detailed.
